Problem
This client came to us looking for a new uniform and gear solution for their team members nationwide. They were interested in a system that would allow employees to customize their apparel, with several decoration and location options available to make their shirts more personalized.
They were looking to transition to a model where their staff would purchase their own attire and felt the ability to design it would encourage users to have more buy-in with their uniform apparel.
Lastly, they wanted their employees to be able to pay via payroll deduction if they desired to.
Solution
We developed a fully custom platform for them to use for ordering highly customized apparel. They were able to select their shirt and decoration, as well as where decoration would be applied to the shirt. They were able to choose between 1-4 different logos to be applied to either the front, sleeves, or back of their work shirt. We were able to program payroll deductions as well as regular billing and reporting with their corporate office.
Results
The site launched to mass appeal within their system. Employees quickly flocked to the site to place their orders for shirts to wear during their next shifts. This expanded into offering football jerseys, jackets, socks, and more gear that team members were excited to wear.
