What’s your sample policy?
Samples of all the products that we offer from corporate casual apparel to uniforms are available upon request
Often times we have a sample in our showroom, but if not, we can order a specific sample for viewing. Our standard policy is to only charge for the freight as long as the sample is returned in like new condition within 30 days. We try to accommodate every request for samples but if the amount requested is excessive or not in keeping with quantities ordered, we reserve the right to limit the number of samples.
What’s your policy on pre-production proofs?
We provide complimentary virtual proofs but anything that is physically produced that does not result in an order will be billed accordingly. If you do place an order, the fees will be waived.
How do I know I’ll like what you pick out? Do I get to preview the selections before ordering?
We make sure you know what you’re getting from the onset. We offer a very generous policy when it comes to product samples and pre-production proofs. We know you want to see the final product before you make your selection and we make that a priority with everyone we partner with.
Is there a minimum order amount for screen printing
For screen printed items, we ask that you purchase a minimum of 12 pieces per ink color used.
Reorders are also subject to order these order minimums. One-time setup fees are reduced to reset fees on exact reorders.
Is there a minimum order amount for embroidery?
For embroidery, we have a $250 order minimum which can include garments, art time, set ups, and decoration charges. Orders under the minimum are subject to a $10 small order charge.
Reorders are also subject to order minimums. The minimum order requirement for reorders is $50.
What are the set up charges?
Embroidery digitizing is charged one time only as long as no changes are made to the art.
Screen Printing film remains on file for up to 2 years. A reset charge of $15 per screen is charged on all repeat orders using previously printed art with no changes.
Film, Screens and embroidery disks remain the property of Righteous. Copies of embroidery disks may be purchased for $25 each.
How long does it take?
We work fast. Your order will be ready in 10 business days after artwork and estimates are approved. If you’re a new customer, we ask that you pre-pay for the order before work begins. Once we’ve established a relationship, you will be able to apply for payment terms.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of custom produced apparel, returns are not feasible. Please be sure that you have reviewed all samples, estimates, virtual proofs, artwork, sizing charts and/or pre-production proofs for accuracy. Once we receive the go-ahead to produce custom items on your behalf you are obligated for the finished product. In the case of factory defects, please contact your account executive.
Can I bring in my own shirts for you to decorate?
Yes. You can bring in your own shirts or items for us to decorate, however we don’t assume responsibility for anything that may be damaged.
What are the artwork requirements?
We prefer vector files but can accept vector or hi-resolution raster artwork.
For vector files:
- Vector files must have all type converted to outlines.
- The artwork file(s) should be accompanied by a JPG proof to communicate the desired result.
- Artwork should be submitted at 100% actual imprint size or clearly note the desired finished size.
- Placement of design on garment should also be clearly noted.
- Please specify all colors using Pantone Solid Coated (C) color chart.
For raster artwork files:
- PSD or TIF files should be rendered in original layers at 100% of actual imprint size with a resolution of at least 150 dpi (preferably 300).
- Customer supplied film should be to size with registration marks and center marks. One color halftone art resolution should be at 45 lines per inch (LPI) at an angle of 22.5°.

How much do you charge for an online store?
Do the nature of our custom company store services, there is no standardized pricing. We tailor our programs to your specific needs, so feel free to contact us to get a quote.
What if I need a feature that’s not listed?
While we can accommodate many custom features that aren’t listed, there is a limit to what can be done without charging for custom dev time.
Who maintains the site?
We maintain your company store for you, so you don’t have to!
What happens if the site goes down?
Since we are maintaining your site, we make sure your site is always functioning as it should, but accidents do happen. If your site does happen to go down, we are notified and will fix it asap.
Who processes the orders?
Our customer support team will take care of all the order processing for you.
What type of products do you have?
We have access to thousands of promotional products. If you can put a logo on it, we can probably find it for you. Items range from pens, mugs, and keychains, to bluetooth speakers and much more.
