Samples and Proofs
Samples are available on request for many of the products Righteous offers. In many cases a sample may already be available in our showroom; if not, Righteous can order a specific sample for review. The standard policy is to charge freight only, provided the sample is returned in like-new condition within 15 days. Righteous accommodates most requests but reserves the right to limit quantities if the amount requested is excessive or out of proportion to the expected order. Interested in seeing what we carry? Yes. Righteous provides complimentary virtual proofs on all orders. The creative team also offers pre-production mockups and logo sizing so you can review exactly how your artwork will look before production begins. If a physical pre-production proof is requested and does not result in an order, it will be billed accordingly. If an order is placed, those fees are waived. Yes. The entire Righteous process is built around helping customers review and approve selections before production. Between product samples, virtual proofs, and pre-production review options, you have every opportunity to see the final product before committing. Contact our team to get started.
Ordering and Minimums
Yes. Screen-printed items have a minimum of 12 pieces per ink color used. This applies to both new orders and reorders. On exact reorders, one-time setup fees are reduced to reset fees. Visit our decoration page to learn more about our screen printing and other decoration methods.
Yes. Embroidery orders have a $250 order minimum, which can include garments, art time, setup fees, and decoration charges. Orders below the minimum are subject to a $10 small-order charge. For reorders, the minimum is $50. See all available decoration techniques we offer.

Yes. You're welcome to bring in your own shirts or items for decoration. Please note that Righteous does not assume responsibility for items that may be damaged during the process. Pricing and Fees
Pricing is customized based on several factors, including product selection, quantity, decoration method, whether items are stocked or fulfilled on demand, and the level of company store functionality required. Visit our pricing page to learn more, or contact Righteous for a tailored quote.
Setup fees depend on the decoration type. Embroidery: Digitizing is a one-time charge as long as no changes are made to the artwork. Embroidery disks remain the property of Righteous. Screen Printing: Film stays on file for up to 2 years. A reset charge of $15 per screen applies to repeat orders using previously approved art with no changes. No. There is no standardized pricing for company store services because every program is tailored to the client's needs. Setup fees vary by scope; Righteous does not charge setup fees with a 2 year agreement. Learn more about our custom online company stores or contact us for a custom quote.
Shipping is treated as a separate cost. Company store platforms can integrate with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide real-time shipping estimates based on order contents and destination. Artwork and Decoration
Righteous prefers vector artwork but also accepts high-resolution raster files. Vector files: All types must be converted to outlines. Submit a JPG proof alongside your file to show the desired result. Artwork should be at 100% actual imprint size with Pantone Solid Coated (C) color callouts and placement notes. Raster files: PSD or TIF files, rendered in original layers at 100% of actual imprint size, with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi (300 dpi preferred). A company store is Righteous' custom-built, branded online storefront for your organization. Employees or approved users log in, select approved products, and place orders through a dedicated portal, while Righteous handles all decoration, fulfillment, and customer support behind the scenes. Warehousing, Fulfillment & Kitting
Yes. Righteous offers warehousing and fulfillment for in-stock uniforms, corporate apparel, promotional swag, custom kitting orders, special packaging, and retail merchandise. In managed apparel programs, Righteous retains ownership of in-stock products until they are purchased through the online store — significantly reducing your upfront inventory costs.

Yes. Righteous creates custom kits for new-hire welcome packages, employee onboarding, corporate gifts, store launches, and branded merchandise programs. Each kit can include custom inserts, personalized cards, curated products, custom boxes with logo, branded labeling, and complementary promotional items. International shipping is also available.
Most kitting projects are ready within 2–3 weeks after approval. Timelines can scale up for higher-volume orders, year-end rushes, or seasonal deadlines. Contact us to plan your timeline.
Lead Times and Returns
Standard orders are typically ready within 10 business days after artwork and estimates are approved. Lead times can vary depending on whether items are in stock, fulfilled on demand, part of a kitting project, or part of a larger custom program. New customers may be asked to pre-pay before production begins. Once a relationship is established, payment terms may be available.
Because all products are custom-produced to order, returns are generally not feasible. Customers are expected to carefully review all samples, estimates, virtual proofs, artwork, and sizing charts before giving final approval. Once production has been approved, the customer is committed to the finished order. In the case of a factory defect, contact your Righteous account executive directly.
