Our friends at Winsight wanted to provide their attendees with a high-value all-attendee gift each year. Attendees complained that the gifts, though wonderful, never fit in their luggage, resulting in them either not taking a gift or asking for it to be shipped to them instead.

Solution
In response to this feedback, Righteous came up with the solution of an exclusive online store for the event. Upon arrival, attendees received a card with a unique coupon code to use in the store. They simply had to log in, choose their gift, and enter in the code and their ship-to information.
The item would be packaged up at our fulfillment center and shipped to them within 2 business days, arriving either before or within days of the attendee arriving home from the conference.
Results
This new solution has completely streamlined their gift-giving process. Attendees can choose a gift at their convenience and have it shipped straight to their homes now. They no longer have to find luggage space and have a much better experience receiving their conference gift.
