Porchlight Real Estate, a real estate company that focuses on providing a superior experience in buying and selling properties, wanted to offer their members the ability to buy branded swag at bulk pricing. Since their network comprises independent agents, they needed a solution that allowed everyone to place their orders and then have those orders combined to meet production minimums.

Porchlight Real Estate wanted to offer their members the ability to buy branded swag at bulk pricing. Since their network was comprised of independent agents, they needed a solution that would allow everyone to place their own order, then have those orders combined to meet production minimums.
Solution
Righteous created an online pop-up shop for them to collect orders. We added ten items, including Polos, Button Downs, Jackets, Backpacks, and more. Agents could log into the site during the two-week ordering window to purchase the exact items they wanted/needed.
After the site was closed, the orders were bundled together and produced at the same time. Once completed, the orders were all split-shipped directly to the members who ordered them.
Results
Porchlight was able to get branded gear into their agent’s hands without having to purchase inventory or force the agents to buy more than they needed. They had great participation, and now have increased their brand reach by having their members in logoed apparel.
