Righteous Clothing Agency, Inc. – your branding easy since 1989
Our main focus is on apparel. Clothing is important branding real estate and allows your customers, employees, and fans to identify with you. To augment our apparel lineup, we provide an extensive range of promotional products. Our team is US based and we operate from two facilities: One in Portland, OR and one in Kansas City, MO to reach the entire country quickly. Our specialty is in multi-unit operations needing centralized distribution. We design it, we make it, we store it, we ship it; just when you need it.
You could call it accidental entrepreneurship, at least at the beginning. What began in 1989 as a simple means to purchase blank T-shirts at wholesale pricing, quickly turned into a full-time career for two former advertising professionals. Rick and Aly Salz met in college and blended their expertise to create a Pasadena, CA-based business that provided custom screen-printed T-shirts for colleagues and friends. Within a few months, the business had outgrown their hobby hours and became their full-time job.
They moved to Oregon in the early 90’s and set up shop in the Portland area. Recognizing that business was moving to the Information Superhighway (yes, the web was called that at one time), they added e-commerce sites and fulfillment, with a special emphasis on serving the restaurant industry. Both founders have early career restaurant experience and that exposure to hard work and reward helped provide the work ethic and service attitude that is hard-wired into the company.
In 2006 a second location was opened in Kansas City to better serve our numerous franchise customers located all over the US.
We are a Veteran and Woman Owned Enterprise.
We like to say “Yes” – If we can meet the need, we will find a way to get it done.
Curious and Curiouser – as devoted life-long learners, we want to learn more, get better, find new ways of providing value so we never stop improving and growing.
Brutal Honesty – The customer isn’t always right; sometimes we are given bad ideas and we will push back against them, offering our perspective and solutions based on our experience. On the other hand, we sometimes provide less than stellar solutions and we expect to have our ideas challenged, too. An open dialogue that blends humility and customer-centric service is our goal.
Frictionless Interaction – We live in the digital age and people want access to information at their fingertips. But, they also want solution providers who will take entire projects off their to-do list with personal, one-on-one service. We offer both.
Uncertainty Eliminators – No one wants to be in the dark. We shape expectation, spell out the steps, provide complete information on what the client will receive and then deliver on that brand promise.
Honoring God in all that we do – What more can be said? Ultimately, at the end of the day, it’s not just our customer that we have to answer to.
Work hard, play hard, eat well – Barbecues, corn hole tournaments, happy hour, and cosmic bowling. It wouldn’t be a proper potluck without Natalya’s cakes.
We succeed by helping others succeed.
We are in the business of managing tangible branded gear programs for multi-unit organizations to help them communicate brand values and increase engagement with their internal and external customers.
When we do this well, our clients do well. We don’t expect anything of them that we don’t first expect from ourselves. We want our clients to say that they cannot imagine life without us. Here in their own words are some reviews from our customers.
